Cancelling a lesson
How and when you can cancel, and what you get back.
You can cancel an upcoming lesson up to 12 hours before it starts.
How to cancel
- Go to Lessons and open the lesson.
- Select Cancel and confirm.
What you get back
For a trial or single lesson, the lesson price goes back to your CharlieTalk wallet. Card processing fees are not refunded. For a lesson from a package, the lesson goes back to your package so you can book another time.
Less than 12 hours before the lesson
Cancelling closes 12 hours before the lesson starts. If you can't make it, message your tutor. If the lesson doesn't happen, either of you can report a problem after the scheduled end time.
