Rescheduling a lesson
Propose a new time for an accepted lesson.
You or your tutor can ask to move an accepted lesson to a different time.
Request a new time
- Go to Lessons and open the lesson.
- Select Reschedule and choose a new time.
- The other person accepts or declines your request.
Deadlines
You can request a reschedule until 12 hours before the lesson starts, and the new time must also be more than 12 hours away. Open requests expire if they aren't answered before that deadline.
Changed your mind?
You can withdraw your reschedule request while it's still open.
