Refunds
When and how you get your money back.
Refunds on CharlieTalk go to your CharlieTalk wallet.
When you're refunded
When a trial or single lesson is canceled, or a problem report is resolved as incomplete, the lesson price goes back to your wallet. For package lessons, the lesson goes back to your package instead.
Fees
Card processing fees are not refunded.
Expired packages
Unused lessons in an expired package are not refunded. The money for them is split 50/50 between the tutor and CharlieTalk.
Getting money out of your wallet
You can use your wallet balance for future lessons, or withdraw it to a bank account, PayPal, Payoneer or Wise (minimum $30).
